Rates differ depending on licensing and training requirements in different cities. Rates are also slightly higher for evening appointments due to drive-time considerations.

Gratuities are not expected or necessary, however, they are greatly appreciated and are an excellent way to let the massage therapists know that they’ve done an outstanding job and are greatly appreciated. If you choose to tip, the average amount is 10-20% of the treatment fee.

Method Of Payment

• All payments must be made prior to your session
• Xynergy accepts the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard
• Gratuities can be added to the credit card purchase total when services are booked or given in cash or check to the therapist after the treatment
• Your receipt will be mailed to you (please allow 5-7 business days for delivery)
• Returned checks or declined credit cards will be assessed any applicable bank fees. Disputed credit card charges resolved in favor of Xynergy will be assessed an additional $25 administration fee

Cancellation Policy

All appointments will be confirmed within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Charges in full will be assessed for appointments cancelled or changed with insufficient notice per the guidelines below.

To quality for a refund

Individual appointments: Please call at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time for a full refund. You will be charged full price if cancelled less than 24 hours notice.
Spa Parties or Special Events: Please call 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment time for a full refund. You will be charged full price if cancelled with less than 7 days notice.
Corporate Services: Please call 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment time for a full refund. You will be charged full price if cancelled with less than 7 days notice.

All clients must complete and return a Massage Liability Form before their treatment. This form providives us with critical health information and consent for treatment. If you are under the age of 18, your guardian must be present or in the same vicinity, during treatment.

This is a professional massage — should the therapist(s) feel threatened or uncomfortable at any time, the session will be terminated with no refund.
